We ship in-stock orders every Tuesday and Thursday – as long as that order’s carrier is open on that day and we’re not closed for the day.
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order that you place:
- The “Order Confirmation” verifies that your order is in our system. Please review this email to confirm that all information is correct. If something’s wrong, please contact us immediately.
- The “Ship Confirmation” is to let you know that your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please note: severe weather, disasters, transport disruptions and holidays may delay the shipment of your order by us or the delivery of your order by the shipping carrier.
We currently only offer shipping to US addresses (all states, territories and APO/FPO addresses).
We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders are shipped using “Ground” service from the New York City metro area. Estimated shipping time to your delivery address is shown in the map below, subject to UPS’s terms, conditions and guarantees.
Each order will be assigned a tracking number by UPS. The progress of each can be tracked at the UPS website. Once the order has been shipped any desired changes to the delivery address or delivery time must be made to UPS. Each order is insured, up to the full purchase price, by UPS as per its terms and conditions.
We do not offer local pickup of orders.
Orders of $75.00 and higher (before tax) will be shipped for free. Certain products may be excluded from this offer. Reasons for products to be excluded include, but are not limited to: weight, large dimensions and special handling requirements. Any such exclusions will be indicated in the shopping cart before you checkout.
