Shipping Dates

We aim to ship in-stock orders within three business days from purchase as long as that order’s carrier is open and we’re not closed that day.

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order that you place:

  • The “Order Confirmation” verifies that your order is in our system. Please review this email to confirm that all information — including shipping address — is correct. If something’s wrong, please contact us immediately.
  • The “Ship Confirmation” is to let you know that your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. This will include a tracking number.

Please note: severe weather, disasters, transport disruptions and holidays may delay the shipment of your order by us or the delivery of your order by the shipping carrier.

We currently only offer shipping to US addresses (all states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses).

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS. All orders are shipped by Priority Mail from the New York City metro area. Estimated shipping time to your delivery address is shown in the map below, subject to USPS’s terms, conditions, and guarantees.

Each order will be assigned a tracking number by USPS. The progress of each can be tracked at the USPS website. Once the order has been shipped any desired changes to the delivery address or delivery time must be made to USPS. Each order is insured, up to $50, by USPS as per its terms and conditions.

Select items can be shipped via First-Class mail.

If you require shipment by another carrier, please contact us for details and pricing prior to your order.

Local Pickup

Please enquire regarding local pickup. Some charges may still apply.

Free Shipping

Orders of $150.00 and higher (before tax) will be shipped for free. Certain products may be excluded from this offer. Reasons for products to be excluded include, but are not limited to: weight, large dimensions and special handling requirements. Any such exclusions will be indicated before you checkout.

Damaged Items

Please contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping.


All digital sales are final. We do not accept returns of physical items at this time.
